Bids are required for the entire work described herein in accordance with the instructions to bidders. No Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled for this project. The Engineer's Estimate is between $175,000 and $225,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
