The project is expected to be awarded on April 11, 2022.** The scope of work generally includes the replacement of sanitary sewer laterals by way of pipe-bursting and traditional open trench. Bids are required for the entire work described herein in accordance with the instructions to bidders. No Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled for this project. The Engineer's Estimate is between $175,000 and $225,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bids must be accompanied by a Proposal guarantee amounting to ten (10%) percent of the bid as described in the specifications.Contractor (1) enter into a contract with the City and (2) furnish Performance and Payment Bonds as described in the specifications. The City Council reserves the privilege of rejecting any and all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the bidding.
