1920 Vista Grande CC-Building and Site Improvments Phase 1A: completed in 2019 under East Mountain Little League CIP ID 2105, and it included common area, drainage and circulation improvements.
Phase 1B: 60% -100% design and construct improvements to the parking lot shared by the Community Center and the East Mountain Little League, including additional drainage, circulation and paving improvements; projected cost $300,000.
Phase 2: acquire property, update of entitlements and platting, and access roadway, drainage and utilities design and construction; projected cost $1,200,000.
Phase 3: design and construct a new playing field, track, parking and trail segments (contingent on completion of Phase 2); projected cost $900,000
Phase 4: design and construct an auxiliary gym with classrooms, offices, locker rooms and parking on the current playing field area (contingent on completion of Phases 2 and 3); projected cost $3,300,000
Phase 5: construct and equip of several upgrades and improvements to the center building and immediate grounds, including the following:
A. Building renovations, including teaching kitchen, restroom improvements, and additional storage; projected cost $500,000
B. Improvements to outdoor area behind building, including new basketball court, handball court, par cours and/or container storage; projected cost $125,000
C. New older age group play structure in front of Center; projected cost $125,000. As of January 22, 2022 , This project is in included in the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration FY 2023-2027 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
