Site work for an educational facility in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
**As of March 4 2022, the project awarded to Vitus Construction Inc. for $809,600. The project has started and it will be completed on 6/15/2022. The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain bids from qualified contractors to supply and install Five (5) Outdoor Eating Spaces approximately 40' x 60' each, per MSD specifications and design. The five (5) sites will be Abraham Lincoln Elementary School, Hedrick Middle School, McLoughlin Middle School, Ruch Outdoor School and Washington Elementary School. The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
