Supply and Delivery of Flap Gates for Flood Boxes All inquiries related to this Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") should be directed in writing to Sunny Kaila, Acting Manager, Procurement Services The City shall have a reasonable time to inspect and to accept the Goods. The City may reject any Goods not in accordance with this Agreement, whether due to damage resulting from improper packing, loading, unloading or otherwise. The City shall notify the Contractor of rejection of the Goods whereupon the Goods will be held subject to the disposition by the Contractor. Any costs or expenses incurred by the City as a result of the rejection of the Goods are, immediately upon written demand by the City, payable by the Contractor, and may be set off against any payments owing by the City to the Contractor.
