The Project is located immediately south of 1399 S. Chrisman Road, Tracy, San Joaquin County, California. Work includes: Installation of a prefabricated steel training apparatus structure and adjacent site improvements, including asphalt & concrete pavements, ductile iron water mains, grading, drainage & water pollution control and all other work as required. Time for Completion. The planned timeframe for work is between April 2022 and July 2022. Contract time to be ninety (90) calendar days. License. This Project requires a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): Class A, General Engineering Contractor's License. DIR Registration. Contractor must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal. Prevailing Wage Requirements. This Project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements, available at City Engineer's office or online applicable to the locality in which the Work is to be performed. Bonds. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the maximum Contract Price, and a warranty bond for 10% of the maximum Contract Price. Substitution of Securities. Substitution of appropriate securities in lieu of retention amounts from progress payments is permitted under Public Contract Code section 22300. Subcontractor List.
