The Town of Colchester Parks & Recreation Department is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified landscape service contractor to provide services inclusive of necessary equipment and labor to maintain various Town properties and municipal building grounds as specified herein. All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretations of the Bid Documents and Forms, Agreement Documents and Forms, and/or the Standard Terms and Conditions, must be submitted in writing to Derek Mitchell, Assistant Director, dmitchell@colchestervt.gov by February 7, 2022. Town responses to all questions February 18, 2022. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
