The intent of this RFP is to identify a qualified contractor that can manage and operate certain City of Memphis Community Centers. The City of Memphis seeks a contractor to manage and operate four (4) City of Memphis Community Centers for the Division of Memphis Parks. The purpose of engaging a contractor is to enhance quality and delivery of services while providing a favorable impact to the City's operating budget. City of Memphis Community Centers provide a vital service to the communities they serve by offering recreational and social opportunities for youth, adults, and seniors. The selected Contractor will provide these services at each of the four (4) specified Community Centers. Proposer Questions Deadline February 4, 2022 City Response to Questions February 11, 2022 The award of contract will be made on the basis of the best proposal, as solely determined by the City, which meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the solicitation. Any protest of award must be filed in writing with the Purchasing Agent within five (5) calendar days of the award announcement at the following address, or via email (Brynn Wiswall - Brynn.Wiswall@memphistn.gov) No Pre-Submittal Conference is scheduled for this RFP. The City of Memphis reserves the right to (a) accept or reject any and/or all submissions of proposals; (b) to waive irregularities, informalities, and technicalities; and (c) to accept any alternative submission of proposals presented which, in its opinion, would best serve the interests of the City.
