Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contractor to Rehabilitate existing Lift Station including but not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting, and recoating of existing wet well, wet well piping, and wet well vents. Installation of corrosion resistant coating to be Raven 405, 120 mils, or approved equal. Contractor to rehabilitate existing valve vault including but not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting and recoating piping and valves. Contractor to relocate Sensaphone FarmSitter system and all appurtenances into main control panel. All work performed shall be in accordance with plans and specifications. Complete in place. Rehabilitate Existing Lift Station Valve Vault, including but not limited to power washing the interior; cleaning, abrasive blasting and re-coating piping and valves. Complete-in-Place, In Accordance with the Plans and Specifications. If plans and bid documents are not immediately available for download, they will be available for review in the office of the engineer. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
