Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Power washing, abrasive blasting and recoating of existing wet well walls and wet well piping. Above ground discharge piping from the existing lift station shall be abrasive blasted and recoated. Installation of 1-inch cementitious lining to wet well and installation of corrosion resistant coating to wet well shall be Raven 405, 120 mils, or approved equal. If directed by the Engineer, cement cracking/joint/wall repair to the interior of the wet well. Remove, dispose and replace one of the access hatches and install OSHA-approved fall through protection system. All work performed shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. Complete in place. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities through www.civcastusa.com. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
