Remove all vehicle parts, including tires from the property located at 113 Salsman Street (Parcel 6069468). 3. Remove all junk debris from the property located at 113 Salsman Street (Parcel 6069468). 4. Remove wall sign from front of building that reads "Slicks Garage". 5. Vendor must have liability insurance - as per standard Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government insurance requirements. (If you have any questions on this, call Suzanne Siner at 291-8290). Please include copy of insurance if not already on file with Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government Purchasing Office. 6. Work must be completed within two weeks of notice to proceed given by the Development Division. Do not begin until given notice to proceed by the Project Supervisor. 7.
