Site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Lafayette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
For Abatement at 113 Salsman Street (parcel 6069468) Work to be performed: 1. Remove one vehicle and one trailer located at 113 Salsman Street (Parcel 6069468). 2. Remove all vehicle parts, including tires from the property located at 113 Salsman Street (Parcel 6069468). 3. Remove all junk debris from the property located at 113 Salsman Street (Parcel 6069468). 4. Remove wall sign from front of building that reads "Slicks Garage". 5. Vendor must have liability insurance - as per standard Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government insurance requirements. (If you have any questions on this, call Suzanne Siner at 291-8290). Please include copy of insurance if not already on file with Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government Purchasing Office. 6. Work must be completed within two weeks of notice to proceed given by the Development Division. Do not begin until given notice to proceed by the Project Supervisor. 7. Completely remove the all vehicle parts, including tires, junk items, one trailer, and one junk vehicle from the lot at 113 Salsman Street (Parcel 6069468). See photographs attached. Project Supervisor will be Kathy Trahan. Do not contact the Project Supervisor until the project is awarded. All questions must be addressed to Purchasing as per instructions in the notice. 8. A copy of the Notice of Judgement is attached. An escort by the Lafayette Police Department is available upon request, but must be scheduled in advance. 9. Contractor is responsible for identifying vehicle ownership and making necessary contact to the owner for retrieval of said vehicle and/or vehicles. awarded-Southern Contractors & Lawn Service 2,750.00
