Technical information required w ith proposal. See Sections L and M. Complete and submit attached FAR Provision 52.204-24 w ith proposal. Method of Payment: Government Purchase Card. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 90 calendar days after the date of contract award. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises The Offeror shall provide a maximum of three (3) past performance references, if available, that reflect recent and relevant experience performed within three (3) years of the solicitation closing date. The Offeror shall include contract/task order number, contract/task order type (firm fixed price, time & material or cost type), total contract/task order amount, short description of work performed, and names and e-mail addresses for Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) if applicable, Government Program Manager (PM) or Construction Manager (CM), or industry equivalent (if non Government effort). Past performance references shall demonstrate the ability to handle the scope and magnitude of this proposed construction project. The Offeror shall include a brief discussion on how the references provided are relevant to the work being proposed. ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PROTECTIONS (JULY 2000) (a) The Contractor shall submit one of the following payment protections: Payment Bond Irrevocable letter of credit (b) The amount of the payment protection shall be 100 percent of the contract price. (c) The submission of the payment protection is required within 10 days of contract award *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to install a new dehumidification system in room 116 of building 116. o All work to be performed at Building 116 room 116 and adjacent spaces. o Work to be performed in accordance with NUWCDIVNPT Drawings 20-010A and this Statement of Work. o NUWCDIVNPT to provide area for equipment and material storage. o NUWCDIVNPT to provide access to area for workers and equipment. o All Work to be in accordance with OSHA and Army Corp of Engineers Safety Manual, EM-385-1-1 Current Edition Safety requirements. o All work to be completed in accordance with Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry (29 CFR PART 1929 2007). o Contractor shall inspect all work in accordance with FAR 52.245-12 "Inspection of Construction." o Contractor shall coordinate with the contracting officers representative prior to commencement of work to ensure all scheduling and access issues have been worked out properly
