Reference Number : 1562664 ELECTRICIAN AND APPRENTICE ELECTRICIAN SERVICES This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Quebec Region. Trade Agreement : Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama Free Trade Agreements, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement. Bidding Procedures: All interested suppliers may bid. Competitive procurement strategy: responsive bid with the lowest price. This need affects all correctional institutions in the Quebec region. CSC may issue one or more Standing Offers as a result of this Request for Standing Offer. Offerors may submit an offer for one or more establishments, depending on their ability to serve the region or regions where the establishments are located. Offerors submitting an offer for more than one establishment must provide a sufficient number of resources to be able to satisfy all the needs for all the establishments for which they submit an offer. Reserved under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not restricted to Aboriginal suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include any security requirements. Type of needs: Below is a summary of the Statement of Work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada is looking for a contractor to provide, as needed, electrician and apprentice electrician services for all correctional institutions in the Quebec region. Objectives: Provide electrician and apprentice electrician services for all correctional institutions in the Quebec region. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide, on an as and when required basis, electrician and apprentice electrician services for correctional facilities in the Quebec region. This includes, among other things: the supply of qualified electrician labor for journeymen and apprentices as well as the tools required to carry out the electrical work. For a more complete description of the services covered by this Standing Offer, see the Technical Requirements section of the Technical Package. Duration of Standing Offer: Period of the standing offer : The work will be carried out from the period of the granting of the standing offer until March 31, 2023 with the possibility of one (1) additional option period of one (1) year. More than one standing offer may be granted for the said service. The contractor may bid for one or more establishments depending on its ability to provide service in the sectors indicated.
