Site work for a municipal facility in Centralia, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Warren G. Murray Developmental Center is seeking bids to replace/repair existing Facility Dock Bumpers. Vendor must replace/repair existing Facility Dock Plates, Tread Plates, Bumpers, Anchors and all incidentals associated to project. Bldgs. that need attn. Apple, Berry, Daisy, Elm, Fir, Grape Cottages. Administration Bldg. Dietary/General Stores and Mechanical Bldg. Vendor must inspect prior to submittal of bid. Vendor must supply all materials, tools, labor, equipment and all incidentals for project. Vendor must follow all Illinois Dept. of Labor/OSHA codes and regulations. Vendor must follow all W.G. Murray Developmental Center rules, regulation and policies. W.G. Murray Developmental Center will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, broken tools, materials and equipment. Vendor must perform project during normal business hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday excluding weekends and holidays unless approved by Facility Chief Engineer. Vendor must inform daily to Facility Chief Engineer of work/repair progress. This procurement is subject to Public Works Requirements- 820 ILCS 130/4 and Prevailing Wages 30 ILCS 500/25-60.
