Site work and paving for a civil project in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of a traffic study analyzing the feasibility of a roundabout on Peachtree Corners Circle. The purposed project starts with a traffic study analyzing the feasibility of a roundabout at the intersection of Peachtree Corners Circle and the driveway of the Forum shopping plaza and Creme De La Creme daycare. If the feasibility study approves of a roundabout, construction plans and bid documents will then be developed by awarded consultant. For clarity, the intersection should resemble the attached Concept Plan. Potential notice of award March 4, 2022 Any questions and/or specifications that may need clarification shall be submitted via email to the City's representative at jnguyen@peachtreecornersga.gov. T The deadline for the submissions of questions via email is February 14, 2022, 5:00 PM EST The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals. The City further reserves the right to reject the Proposals of any consultant whom it finds non-responsive. The City may also reject the Proposal of any consultant if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that consultant The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
