Area 1: Hope Middle School - The Southwest section currently covered in EPDM roof membrane. a. Remove existing roofing and insulation down to the gypsum deck. b. Inspect gypsum decking for damage and repair as necessary. c. Perform fastener pull test and provide results to manufacturer. d. Mechanically fasten first layer and foam adhere second layer of 2.6-inch Johns Manville ENERGY 3 polyiso insulation. e. Install 8 foot by 8 foot drain sumps with tapered insulation, sloped Vi per foot. f. Fasten new perimeter nailer (if necessary) per structural requirements. g. Fully adhere 60 mil JM TPO. h. Terminate membrane at roof edge with Presto-Tite Edge One Fascia and extender. Area 2: Wilcox Elementary - Fourth Grade Addition a. Remove existing roofing and insulation down to the steel deck. b. Inspect metal decking for damage and repair or replace as necessary. c. Perform fastener pull test and provide results to manufacturer. d. Mechanically fasten first layer and foam adhere second layer of 2.6-inch Johns Manville ENERGY 3 polyiso insulation. e. Install 8 foot by 8 foot drain sumps with tapered insulation, sloped %" per foot. f. Fasten new perimeter nailer (if necessary) per structural requirements. g. Fully adhere 60 mil JM TPO. h. Terminate membrane at roof edge with Presto-Tite Edge One Fascia and extender. 3. Area 3: Wilcox Elementary-Cafeteria a. Remove existing roofing and insulation down to the concrete deck. b. Inspect concrete deck for damage and repair as necessary. c. Perform adhesion test and provide results to manufacturer. d. Foam adhere two layers of 2.6-inch Johns Manville ENERGY 3 polyiso insulation. e. Fasten new perimeter nailer (if necessary) per structural requirements. f. Fully adhere 60 mil JM TPO. g. Terminate membrane at roof edge with Presto-Tite Edge One Fascia and extender including TPO cover strip for drip edge.
