SEPTA will accept bids with the eProcurement system only for the bid indicated. The bid will be opened electronically on the eProcurement system close date and time. If you have not already done so, please register in ePS through septa.org. Time is of the essence in the completion of the Work of the Contract. Unless the Completion Date is extended as otherwise provided for in the Contract Documents, liquidated damages in the amount of $0 dollars per day (hereinafter called "Liquidated Damages") shall be assessed for each and every Calendar Day, or portion thereof, beyond the Completion Date that the Work is not completed to SEPTA's satisfaction
