Site work for a water / sewer project in Osceola, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
INVITATION TO BID The City of Osceola will receive sealed bids for the following projects: 1. The installation of a 10" water tap, 10" valve and a 10" water meter on HWY 198. 2. The bore of approximately 300 feet under HWY 61 South roadway and railway, for an 8" casing with a 4" water line as well as a 4" water tap, 4" valve and 4" water meter. The City of Osceola will furnish the 4" and 10" water meters.
