Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Bids will be held accountable for as long as 30 calendar days after opening pending action by the Owner. The project is to be completed within 175 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall comply with the New Mexico Procurement Code and in accordance with Federal, State and local laws. Compliance with wage rates issued by the New Mexico State Labor and Industrial Commission is required for this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and/or reject any or all bids and/or award the project in the best interest of the Owner.
