Renovation of a municipal facility in Webster, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Certificate of Insurance, if not currently on file with Day County, will be required to be filed with Day County prior to the beginning of work on the project. The Day County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid which they deem most favorable to Day County. The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor and equipment for removal of the existing EPDM rubber roof and debris, the installation of new insulation; and the installation of new 60 mil EPDM ballasted rubber roofing system using new ballast. Eliminate any rooftop equipment not in service.
