Business Registration, Certificate of Prequalification/Classification from the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) for the contractor and all major subcontractors and an Affidavit as to the Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts for the contractor and all major subcontractors. 1.
