Monticello School District - Elementary & Intermediate Schools HVAC Upgrade Monticello School District is seeking sealed bids from licensed and qualified HVAC contractors for the replacement of all HVAC units and related connections at the Elementary School located at 1037 Scogin Drive and at the Intermediate School located at 280 Clyde Ross Drive. Submitted bid envelopes shall include a bid bond or certified check for 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment bond for the project. All wages paid and wage documentation of the work shall be in full compliance with the Davis Bacon Act. The documents obtained through the Architect or his representative(s) are considered the official version and take precedence if any discrepancies occur.
