INVITATION TO BID Monticello School District - Elementary School New Roofing Monticello School District is seeking sealed bids from licensed and qualified Roofing Contractors for the installation of a new mechanically fastened PVC Singleply Roof System over the existing metal roof at the Elementary School located at 1037 Scogin Drive. Sealed bids will be received, opened, & read aloud publicly at 2:30 PM local time on February 10, 2022 in the Board Room of Monticello School District, 935 Scogin Drive, Monticello, AR 71655. Submitted bid envelopes shall include a bid bond or certified check for 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment bond for the project. All wages paid and wage documentation of the work shall be in full compliance with the Davis Bacon Act.
