Site work for a water / sewer project in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will include installation of a new C-900 and Ductile Iron 12" forcemain with isolation valves, air/vacuum relief valves, connections, ancillary piping, bores, surfacing replacement. Additionally, lift station improvements including replacement of submersible pumps, drop pipes, valves, guide rails, chains, coatings and concrete restoration, hatch and concrete lid, vent, packaged biological odor control system, flow meter, electrical component replacements and upgrades. Alternative 1 manhole rehabilitation includes cleaning, restoration and epoxy coating. Bypass pumping is required in various locations. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidders shall submit questions to the Owner / Engineer during the bidding phase Responses to the questions will be provided via an addendum. The last day for questions is close of business (5:00 pm local time) February 21, 2022. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders
