The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970s and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Mechanical Cut/Cap, Mechanical Plant Distriction and the supply and installation of Mechanical Fit Up Works.
