Remove tackboards, markerboards, wall-mounted televisions, and wall-mounted maps as indicated on drawings. 7. Patch and repair any items or surfaces damaged by demolition 8. All wooden floors to be sanded and refinished 9. All wooden doors, trim, and frame work to be refinished. New solid surface countertops on sink cabinet 8. New markerboards and tackboards 9. New metal stud and GWB partial-height partition wall for new hydration station installation.
