Project consists of repairs to the existing concrete stadium structure/bleachers and metal bleachers. The scope of work will include repairs to spalled concrete, steel lintel replacement, overhead door replacement, repairs to accessible ramps and exterior painting. Bid Alternates are included for football field turf and athletic track replacement. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Proposals.
