Sealed Fee Proposals For Lease-Leaseback Construction Services Eureka High School Albee Stadium Project Pursuant to Education Code section 17400 et seq., the Eureka City Schools ("District") invites qualified firms to submit responses to this request for proposals and qualifications ("RFP") to provide lease leaseback ("LLB") construction services for the Eureka High School Albee Stadium Lease-Leaseback Project ("Project") located at 1915 J Street, Eureka, CA. For the proposal to be considered, respondents shall have been prequalified by the District pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6. The Scope of Work for this prequalification is for Increment No. 1 only. Increment No. 1 will consist of the following: Within Albee Stadium on the south side of Del Norte Street, involves replacement of the existing track and field facilities in Albee Stadium, replacement of the existing sod football field with a new synthetic turf football field, all weather running track and field events, renovation of the softball field, including a new backstop and CMU dugouts, new retaining walls, concrete flatwork, relocation of freestanding scoreboards, new chain link fencing, metal iron fencing, construction of ADA accessible paths of travel and other improvements throughout the project site.
