Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is seeking a contractor with a minimum of ten (10) years in business to demolish and remove two (2) warehouses located at 550 and 600 Rivermont Drive, Columbia, SC. 29210. Building 550 is approximately twenty-two thousand (22,000) square feet and building 600 is approximately fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid pledging that the bidder will enter into a contract with the Owner for the terms stated in the bid. Both Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price.
