Remodeling of an educational facility in Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 300-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Project Category Code: Buildings and Grounds/Educational Facilities Description: The project scope consists of remodeling approx. 300 SF of existing toilet rooms on the first level in the Wigley Administration building. The Work includes but is not limited to: demolition; concrete, floor patching, metal stud with drywall partitions; hollow metal frames and wood doors; floor and wall finishes. Mechanical systems include heating and air conditioning. Electrical systems include electrical power and lighting, and Plumbing to include supply water and wastewater piping and fittings. The Architect and Owner Representatives will review the bidding procedures, Bidding Documents and other conditions with interested Bidders and answer questions. Wigley Administration Building is located at 600 South Road, Mankato, MN. Parking is available in Lot 23 (Free Lot) and/or Lot 4 (Visitor Pay Lot).
