The fees are set according to the rates established by them. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee for an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the tender. The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond issued in the name of the Town of Donnacona or by an irrevocable letter of guarantee. In addition, tenders must be accompanied by all the documents required by the tender documents. The Town of Donnacona does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
