**As of March 16, 2022, this project has been awarded to Evans and Son Blacktop in the amount of $34,028.11. The project consists of: Repair and resurfacing of a skatepark and minor asphalt repairs. Includes acrylic surfacing of a portion of the skatepark. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope addressed with the name of the Bidder, Owner, Project name, and date and time of the Bid. Questions must be received two days prior to bid opening. All contracts for work herein are subject to all District rules and regulations. This contract calls for the construction of a public work, within the meaning of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq.All bids will remain firm for ninety (90) days after the bid opening. The Board of Park Commissioners of the Glen Ellyn Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive bid formalities, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the District.
