Renovation of a recreation facility in Watson Lake, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The work is to include the renovation of the Men’s and Women’s Change Rooms to meet current accessibility standards, with the exception of the saunas which will remain as-is. This includes demolition of existing features and finishes, followed by new water closets, lavatories, showers and changing areas, including all flooring and finishes. Required upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems (such as plumbing, ventilation and lighting) are detailed in these Bid Documents and will tie into existing systems.
