Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Forsyth, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reconstruction of an existing roadway including: traffic control; grading; construction surveying; +- 496 LF of 18"/24"/30" RCP; 7 EA GDOT std. 1019A Type "C"/"E" Drop Inlets; +- 3 EA GDOT Std. 1011A storm manholes; +- 2 EA reconstruction of existing drainage structure; +- 480 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter; +-120 SY of Concrete Sidewalk; +- 240 SY of GAB (8"); +- 140 TN of RAC (12.5mm and 19mm); striping; and all incidentals. All work on the Project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with City of Forsyth prior to the time set forth above, and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Forsyth, for 10 percent of the amount of the bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required Payment Bond and Performance Bond and Insurance Certificates. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. City of Forsyth reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
