Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bradford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury (the Town) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Renovation of 177 Church St., as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). In late 2020, the Town acquired the former Bradford Elementary School property. A 28,600 sq. ft. single-storey building situated on approximately three acres. The original building dates back to the 1950s with several additions. Town Council has approved the creation of a Community Hub with a vision to include social support services, skills development centre, not-for-profit offices, commercial kitchen, flex-use community space, meeting rooms, and other amenities. The Town seeks a qualified contractor to undertake the renovations and additions described in the tender specifications and associated drawings.
