Renovation of an educational facility in Sudbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM) invites competent, qualified, skilled contractor to submit quotations to provide updating renovations to HSERC building located in Sudbury, Ontario. The services required under this Contract shall be a one-time contract and it is the intent to award the Purchase Order to one (1) supplier. There are five offices on the 1st floor and nineteen offices on the 2nd floor plus a middle hallway that will require updating/renovating. All renovation upgrades shall be completed by April 30th, 2022. All work must be performed during regular business hours - Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00 PM. The areas that are being refreshed will be vacant during the renovation process. All computers and phones will be moved and reinstalled by NOSM IT department.
