Renovation of a water / sewer project in New Westminster, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
1) Construction of a new Electrical Room as an extension to the existing Odour Control 2) Supply and install and control equipment, temporary genset and load bank docking station, including a new electrical ductbank and cable trays from the Electrical Room to the Pump Room. 3) Supply and install bypass pumping 4) Removal and replacement of the dry-well submersible sewage pumps with 3 x 50 HP KSB Screw Impellor Pumps complete with all pipework, connectomes, isolating valves, non-return valves, Low meters, pressure sensors 5) Tie-in of the new pumps, HVAC and heating equipment in the Pump Room to the new electrical and control equipment in the new Electrical Room. 6) Tie-in of the existing power and control circuits from the Genset Room and the Odour Control Room to the new electrical and control equipment in the new Electrical Room. 7) Decommissioning & Removal of the existing MCCs and control panels in the Pump Room and Genset Room. 8) Installation of a new 450 mm diameter forcemain and isolation valve for the forcemain connection to the RACC.
