The City of Issaquah Department of Public Works is soliciting interest from firms with expertise in engineering planning services to complete Issaquah Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Plan. This project agreement will be for approximately one year in duration. Consultants will be considered for the following project. The City of Issaquah is seeking to develop an Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Plan to serve as a roadmap to the design, implementation, and operation of ITS projects. Consultants proposing on this project are expected to have experience developing and implementing ITS plans for local agencies. ITS Plan shall be completed by January 2023. The budgeted amount for this work is $100,000. Additional funds will be required for the design and construction phases. The selected consultant shall identify potential funding mechanisms to complete the funding package for the project. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this RFQ, issue a new RFQ, reject any or all Proposals, seek or obtain data from any source that has the potential to improve the understanding and evaluation of the responses to this RFQ, seek and receive clarifications to a Proposal and waive any deficiencies, irregularities or technicalities in considering and evaluating the Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
