Scope : Approximately 4,500 tons of Decomposed Granite to be delivered to any location within the Town of Lincoln for resurfacing approximately 3 miles of roads. Gravel specifications must accompany bid. Price shall be per ton. Approximately 150 tons of Asphalt Patching on various Town roads. Price shall be per ton. Approximately 500 tons of Asphalt Wedging on various Town roads. Price shall be per ton. Crackfilling of approximately 4 miles of Town roads. Price shall be per pound. Chipsealing of approximately 5 miles of town roads (single chip seal over existing asphalt). Aggregate shall be 3/8". Bid shall include sweeping and vacuum pickup with sweepings to be transported to the Town Hall. Bid shall also include any necessary crackfilling prior to chipsealing. Bids shall also include a sample of aggregate to be used. Price shall be per square yard. Proof of insurance must accompany bid. The Town of Lincoln reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, including, but not limited to, any or all bids which are not responsive, to waive informalities in the bidding procedure and to award the contract to the bidder whom, in the opinion of the Town Board, will be most advantageous to the Town.
