The Project generally includes: Contract 1 for distribution system improvements including main and service line replacements and site work at a new well and around existing elevated tanks. Contract 2 for the construction of a new water supply well, Contract 3 for the repainting and rehabilitation of the existing storage tanks, and Contract 4 for the controls and enclosure for the new well, standby power units, metering, chemical feed systems and complete SCADA system. Bids shall be based on a combination of unit and lump sum prices. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the office of the Engineer, Waters Engineering, Inc., P. O. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the District Office, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
