Plan, design and construct a new 24,200 sq. ft. Judicial Complex building. Develop architecture site, floor and roof plans, exterior elevations, building sections, prepare preliminary cost estimates and project manual under Design Development. The project will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 will include design modifications with completed construction drawings and technical specifications based on current programmatic needs for space. Phase 1 will be completed within 9 months. Phase 2 will be the construction phase of the Judicial Complex and will be completed within 10 months. and will include all purchase of furnishings and equipment including office desks, chairs, tables, fire and security equipment. The final constructions plans will be signed by a registered professional architect.
