Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for the addition of a 416-square-foot fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the construction of a 3,960-square-foot fire / police facility.
This project consists of renovations to approximately 12,000 SF of existing space and approximately 3,400 SF of new construction. The total project budget is approximately $6.4 M and is expected to be completed by December 2023. West Bloomfield Township has engaged Plante Moran Cresa as PMC Representation to provide services for this project. Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the services required in this request for proposal (RFP).
