Arizona State Hospital Demolition of Wick, Juniper & Granada 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. You must hold the Offer open for 90 (ninety) days after the "Bid Opening Date" indicated in the APP. Refer to the Information for Offerors for more information. Failure of Construction Contractor to complete the Work within the time specified in the Contract, including any and all properly authorized extensions of time, will result in damages to the Agency with regard to occupancy, operations, and the specific benefits of public services, that are hereby communicated to the Construction Contractor and contemplated by the Construction Contractor as nullifying the inherent benefit of Agency's contractual bargain. The term of the Contract will commence on the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed and continue for number (#) days unless canceled, terminated, or permissibly extended. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid if the evidence submitted by or investigation of such Offeror fails to satisfy the Owner that such Offeror is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to complete the work contemplated therein in a timely manner.
