Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,311-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

This project will consist of a new, 6,311 SF, one-story building including an integral tornado shelter as well as appurtenant parking, site, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the NMA, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The OWNER reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The OWNER further reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
