The successful bidder must execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% each of the Contract Price. Two 3-foot by 3-foot concrete pads will be needed at the DeWitt Spain Airport to set the spill buckets properly. o The purchase and install of (4) overfill protection devices in each fueling system fill line. Additionally, the purchase and install of (4) flapper valves in their respective USTs will be needed to control the solenoid valve, providing an audible alarm at 90% capacity and close the valve at 95% capacity (to meet new 2021 TDEC regulations). Minimal electrical work will be required to power the solenoid valves. o Replace (1) leaking pressure-relief pop-off mechanism at Charles Baker Airport. Contractor must have UST fueling system experience; TDEC experience preferred.
