Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Shady Side, Maryland. Completed plans call for the addition of a office development; for the demolition of a office development; for the renovation of a office development; and for site work for a office development.

As of June 21, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. 19-017 F&R Project No. 68X-0085 The Work shall be done in a phased manner and includes the following major items: Phase 1 - The addition of a 1,977 SF office and administrative space, and the renovation of the adjacent 1,938 SF administrative space. Facility upgrades will incorporate new duct bank runs as indicated on drawings to support utility and plant systems upgrades. Plant systems upgrades to be performed under separate contract. Phase 2 - The addition of a new adjacent parking lot, storm water management areas and site lighting as indicated on drawings. This portion of the work to be priced as an Add Alternate and bidder will be required to guarantee pricing for a period of 6 months after bid date. The cost range for the Project is: $1,000,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This Contract will be constructed under the provisions of the Anne Arundel County Government January, 2001 "Standard Details and Specifications for Construction" and any subsequent revisions thereto.
