The City of Portland, Housing Bureau is seeking proposals for on-call, task-order-based, development assessment work, such as site capacity and site feasibility analysis. Task Orders will be issued to successful Proposer(s) under these on-call services contracts as individual project needs are identified. No Pre-submittal Meeting is scheduled for this Project Refer questions to: Mandy Byrd, Capital Projects Manager Phone: 503-865-6877 Email: mandy.byrd@portlandoregon.gov.Please submit questions by February 18, 2022 to allow for the posting of an addendum if necessary. The total not-to-exceed amount of each individual contract shall be $150,000 (approximately $50,000 per year for the three (3) year term of the contract). The cumulative total of all contracts awarded as a result of this RFP shall not exceed $450,000 The City anticipates having executed contracts in place by 2/1/22. The term of the contracts shall be three (3) years. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
