This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step in a THREE-step process for selecting a Construction Manager at Risk to assist the University with exploring opportunities in constructing the Brain Health Building. The Construction Manager has overall responsibility for and shall provide complete Pre-Construction Phase and Construction Phase Services and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner's requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents. Questions Due Date: Feb 3rd 2022, 3:00 PM CST *NOTE: Submission deadline for this RFQ has been postponed for approx. 20 - 30 days. Addendum No. 2 will be issued as quickly as possible to include a NEW submission date.
