The purpose of this Request for Quote is to obtain quotes for remodeling an existing room at Bettie Weaver Elementary School to become a new clinic space. This will consist of installing a sink inside of the room and cutting a door into the existing 8" masonry wall joining it to the girls restroom next door. Also included in this scope is modifying the connected girls and boys restrooms to make them both single use restrooms. This will consist of modifying both doors with the appropriate hardware and signage. A full list of specifications is included in Attachment A.
