Only shortlisted utility contractors will be invited to bid some projects. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Contractors License Required The City and County of Broomfield, Colorado (Broomfield) hereby solicits Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) to shortlist up to six utility contractors to participate in bidding on upcoming utility projects for Broomfield. Only shortlisted utility contractors will be invited to bid some projects. The projects anticipated for 2022-2026 may include but are not limited to: ? Annual waterline replacement ? Area water system improvements (misc. projects) ? Annual stormwater rehabilitation projects ? Miscellaneous sewer line replacements As a result, staff will be prequalifying and short-listing up to six utility contractors to bid on upcoming projects who: ? Have previous experience in design-assist/design-build projects similar to Broomfield’s; ? Have previous experience in residential waterline replacement and/or experience in working with residents; and ? Have a history of completing projects successfully and in a timely fashion. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
